Build the Shouse of Your Dreams

We are shouse experts, enthusiasts, and fanatics. We built our shouse (shop house) two years ago and started this website to help you do the same thing.

In this guide, we have put together some amazing examples of a 40×100 barndominium floor plan to help get you inspired. By going through these examples, you can start to get a good feel for what you want out of your own design. You might even find the perfect floor plan here and from there on out, your work is done!

When you sometimes think that your dream home is impossible to build, this barndo will make you think otherwise. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room, a spacious garage, and a spare room for furry pets. That’s practically all your family needs conveniently under one roof. Plus, a couple of steps away from the home is a small shed.

Come join our friends over at Barndominiums Made Easy and check out their useful program!
